New Theme Framework

After a long long time building Joomla Template without using any Framework we made a big decision. We thought about to create our "framework" and after a while we have come to resolute, it makes no sense to create another "framework" for Joomla. After that we decide to use an existing Framework like "JA", Gantry or WARP.
